How much does it cost to build a wooden house or a log house, and how are the complete costs estimated?
In all cases during the construction of wooden houses, resorts, summer houses or spas to maximize the price/value ratio, it is necessary to calculate the individual budget of the project:

Taking this into account, the cost price for building wooden houses is constantly changing which today per square meter approx. It will be around HUF 120, but in the end it will still be cheaper than a brick house,
and it is not inferior to the latter in terms of strength and durability however, it surpasses it in terms of ecology and intimacy.
What does the customer get when they orders a log house from our company?
The price contains:
• The shell made of the log house and the installation of it at the company property;
• The disassembly of the house and preparation for transportation.
• The transportation to the destined location (The price is dependent on the distance traveled.)
• The assembly of the house at the designated area.
• Installation of casing (construction of the windows of door and windows, that are arranged in a way that even after settlement they can be moved freely around the boxes. )
• Installation of "rough" flooring.
• Carving of channels for wiring.
• Installation of roof plating and covering it with isolating foil.
• The surface treatment of wood in every stage of the production.
